Delivery Policy
All deliveries must be signed for. Please note this can be by a neighbour if stated in the special instructions. Alternatively you can have your goods sent to your work address.
When your order leaves our warehouse you will receive a 'Despatch Note' by email. Delivery and tracking details from our courier will also be sent by email, including an allocated hour-time slot on the day of delivery. Delivery of certain products will be handled by the manufacturer and they will arrange delivery with you on the telephone number you provide at the point of order.
If possible any damages should be noted on the delivery note. Please inform us of any damages, shortages or incorrect items as soon as you are made aware by emailing customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk or writing to us.
Cost of delivery
Most deliveries from Go-Electrical are subsidised free of charge to mainland UK addresses.
Extra charges may apply for the following post-codes:
AB, DD, FK, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, BT, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Isles of Scilly, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.
For large appliance deliveries to these postcodes additional charges may apply. If you are purchasing a large appliance such as a fridge, freezer, washing machine etc we recommend you call us to get an accurate delivery quote.
For a delivery quote please email sales@go-electrical.co.uk with the product(s) you are looking to order and your delivery postcode.
Please note: we do not ship outside of the UK.
Orders placed with Go-Electrical will normally be processed and dispatched within 48 working hours and sent on next working day delivery service (dependent on the item ordered and delivery location). However, it is advisable to allow up to 10 working days for your order to be delivered.
Deliveries will take place on week days but Saturday deliveries can be requested at an extra cost.
If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are entitled to a full refund. If you change your mind and wish to cancel once your order has been dispatched you are liable for all transport costs. To cancel your order please email into customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk

Delivery of major appliances (white goods) to postcodes in the local area BD20-24, LA1-12 and BB1,6,7,8,18 and 94 will be:
Carried out free of charge, by a two-man delivery team.
Our team will contact you after ordering to book a day and time for delivery.
Appliances will be delivered into the ground floor room of your choice and unpacked so that the appliance can be inspected.
The appliance can be installed for you if you require.
We can also safely remove and dispose of an old appliance.
