Selecting your product
There are a number of different ways to find the product you are looking for on Go-Electrical .
Search By Manufacturer
You can click on the Browse By Brand, on the left hand side of the page to see a full list of manufacturers we stock. When you click on a chosen manufacturer you will see all the products we offer from that particular manufacturer.
Search or Browse By Department
You can browse through the product categories by clicking on the browse departments listed on the left hand side of the page. Each of these also expands to show all the sub categories so if you are looking for a washing machine you can go directly to all the washing machines.
All of these will return a list of matching products for you to choose from. You can then browse through the list and select different products to see more information about them and add it to your shopping basket when you decide to buy.
What to check
When you reach the product details page you should check that all the accessories you need are included such as Scart leads for connecting your DVD player to your new television or a stand for the TV. The items included will be mentioned in the specifications on the right hand side of the page. If an item is not included then you should take a look at the accessories list, also on the right hand side of the page. We have made suggestions and links to compatible products.
Finally you should check the standard guarantee time and ensure you are happy with it. At Go-Electrical we can offer an extended guarantee and you have the opportunity to buy these on the product page if there is one available.
Paying Online
Paying online is safe with Go-Electrical. All credit and debit card transactions are processed via Protx. They utilise 128 bit SSL encryption, the same high standard as Internet banking, to process card transactions from our website.
The payment process is simple, once you've added all the products you want to buy to your shopping basket, you simply need to choose to 'check out' and follow the steps until you reach the confirmation screen that tells you we have received your order.
