Delivery Policy

If no special instructions are entered at the time of ordering then all deliveries must be signed for.

If possible any damages should be noted on the delivery note. Please inform us of any damages, shortages or incorrect items as soon as you are made aware by emailing customersupport@go-electrical.co.ukor writing to us.

Cost of delivery

Most deliveries from Go-electrical are subsidised free of charge in Mainland UK.

Extra charges may apply for the following post-codes:
AB, IV, KW, PA, PH, HS, KA, ZE, BT, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Channel Islands and Republic of Ireland.

For a delivery quote please email sales@go-electrical.co.uk with the product(s) you are looking to order and your delivery post-code.

Please note: we do not ship outside of the UK.

Products delivered by Go-electrical will normally be delivered in 2 - 3 working days, depending on stock availability. However, it is advisable to allow upto 10 working days. You will be informed of a delivery date and receive a copy invoice over email on dispatch. For products delivered by Go-electrical you can request a morning or Saturday delivery at an extra cost.

Delivery of certain products will be handled by the manufacturer and they will arrange delivery with you directly.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to dispatch you are entitled to a full refund. If you change your mind and wish to cancel once your order has been dispatched you are liable for all transport costs. To cancel your order please email into customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk
