All deliveries must be signed for, DO NOT SIGN FOR PRODUCTS THAT APPEAR TO HAVE BEEN DAMAGED IN TRANSPORT. ONCE YOU HAVE SIGNED YOU ARE ACCEPTING ALL RESPONSILBILITY.

Unless items have been checked thoroughly, PLEASE SIGN UNCHECKED IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SEE IF THE PRODUCT IS IN PERFECT CONDITION.

Cost of delivery

Most deliveries from Go-Electrical are subsidised FREE OF CHARGE in Mainland UK, extra charges may apply please see below (unfortunately we can not deliver to overseas addresses), if you change your mind and wish to cancel an order once it has been despatched you are liable for all transport costs (see below):

Products shipped by Go-Electrical will normally be delivered in 2 - 3 working days, dependant upon stock availability. However, it is advisable to allow upto 10 working days. You will be informed of delivery date as your goods are despatched. Where products are to be shipped by the manufacturer they will arrange delivery with you directly. If you wish to cancel your order prior to shipping, you are entitled to a full refund.

For products delivered by Go-Electrical you can request a morning, afternoon or Saturday delivery at an extra cost.

Delivery of certain products will be handled by the manufacturer and they will arrange a day with you and deliver it directly from the warehouse or factory. The manufacturers concerned and their estimated delivery times are provided below:
