Orders

Any order will be treated as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. You must be over 18 years of age to order from this website and delivery must be made within the UK.

Delivery

Delivery times and schedules vary depending on where they are being shipped from - for full details please see the delivery section of the site.

If an item is out of stock when ordering we will inform you of an expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable we will advise you of an alternate item or you may cancel the order.

You will be responsible for the goods as soon as we have delivered them to your door. We can only deliver the goods to the address on the order. The goods will need to be signed for before they are left. Any damage to the goods, shortages, or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery note at the time of delivery.

Returns

Damages must be noted on the delivery note. It is your responsibility to check the number of packages you are signing for and note any difference on the delivery note.

It is your responsibility to inform us within 2 days of any damages or shortages or if any of the goods supplied are incorrect.

We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 5 days.

All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturer's guarantee. This guarantee specifically does not includes faults caused by accident, poor maintenence or misuse. In addition, routine maintenance (cleaning of dirty audio/video heads etc.), consumables (styli, plug, fuses, cable, batteries, etc.), cosmetic damage and tuning of channels are not covered.

Poor performance due to external factors such as signal quality and interference are not accepted as suitable reasons for return. Please check all components such as remotes, batteries and plugs in line with manufacturers' strict guidelines to be found in all instruction manuals before raising a complaint. If an item is returned without fault or is out of the period of the manufacturers guarantee all products will be returned back to you at your expense.

The full cost of engineer analysis will be charged to your credit card account if our engineers find no mechanical or electrical fault with your product. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

Returns Policy

No Fault Returns

If you wish to cancel your contract once the product has been despatched, you can return it for a credit or refund. You must notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will issue a Returns Authorisation Number. You must return the goods within 14 days or this Returns Authorisation Number will no longer be valid. Refunds for return goods collected by ourselves will be minus shipping costs and any inspection charges. The goods must be in the original packaging as new and 'unused'. They must include all manuals and accessories. It is your responsibility to return goods to us at your own risk and expense.

Goods received 'as new' but incomplete with missing components and accessories will be charged to you. Goods not received 'as new' will be returned back to you at your cost.

Faulty Returns - dead on arrival

If a product shows systems of hardware failure preventing basic operation upon its first use out of the box it is deemed dead on arrival. Prices and Payment

All prices are inclusive of VAT at the current rate unless otherwise stated. Delivery charge is included in the price. Prices quoted are correct at time of entering information. We reserve the right to change prices and specification of any item on the Web site at our discretion without prior notice or to withdraw any items at any time. We will not be liable to you or anyone else for withdrawing any items from the Web site or refusing to process an order. However, this will not affect any orders that have been accepted and therefore despatched.

Credit/debit cards will be charged at the time of ordering. Cheques can be made payable to Go-Electrical, White Horse Mews, Settle, North Yorkshire, BD24 9EF.

Pricing Errors

In the event that our products are listed at the wrong price due to typing errors or incorrect pricing information from our suppliers we have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed.

After Sales Service

All products supplied by Go-Electrical are inclusive of a manufacturer's warranty which is a standard 12 months unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

All electrical products can either be repaired by the manufacturer or an authorised service agent. For a list of agents please contact the manufacturer, details are supplied within your instructions.

N.B. You may need to pay a call out charge to the service agent.

Complaints

All complaints should be emailed to customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk. Each complaint will be dealt with individually and we will attempt to resolve the problem within 5 working days.
