Returns Policy
No Fault Returns
If you wish to return an unwanted item please contact us by emailing Customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk
Please provide your order number so that we can deal with your query as efficiently as possible. You must notify us within 14 days of delivery of your order if you want to return an unwanted item and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation number. All 'no fault returns' must be returned at the customers own cost.
The Product must be in their original packaging, as new and unused, and must include all parts, accessories and manuals. All sealed items must remain sealed. If an item is returned incomplete or used we reserve the right to charge to reflect diminished value which may be up to 50% of the total amount paid.
Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept Vacuum Cleaners and Headphones back as no-fault returns if they have been switched on and used.
Cancellations and Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please email in to Sales@go-electrical.co.uk with your order number. Once we have received your email we will contact you to confirm the cancellation or arrange the changes.
Damaged items
Please report any damages by email to Customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery and within 7 days of receiving your order. Please provide a photograph of the damage where possible. Please report all damages prior to use. On receiving your email we will be in touch with further information to resolve the problem.
Faulty items

Customers are advised that after the first 28 days, the first point of contact should be the manufacturer of the item they purchased. Once a manufacturer has confirmed the fault, it is the repsonsibilty of the customer to return the faulty item back to us in as new a condition as possible ie not damaged or missing parts. All items must be insured with their chosen courier to their full retail value.
We are only able to provide collection or reimbursement of postage costs within 6 months from date of purchase.
We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
If no fault is found when the item has been tested, it will be returned back to you at a cost to yourself and will be classed as a No Fault Return as above.
This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights.
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside this returns policy will be defined as "in dispute", such in dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such "in dispute" items back to you at a cost to yourself, otherwise they be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
