No Fault Returns
If you wish to return an unwanted item please contact us by emailing Customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk
Please provide your order number so that we can deal with your query as efficiently as possible. You must notify us within 14 working days of delivery of your order if you want to return an unwanted item and we will provide you with a Returns Authorisation number. All 'no fault returns' must be returned at the customers own cost.
The Product must be in their original packaging where possible, as new and unused, and must include all parts, accessories and manuals. All sealed items must remain sealed. If an item is returned incomplete or used we reserve the right to charge to reflect diminished value.
Cancellations and Amendments
If you wish to cancel or amend your order please email in to Sales@go-electrical.co.uk with your order number. Once we have received your email we will contact you to confirm the cancellation or arrange the changes.
Please report any damages by email to Customersupport@go-electrical.co.uk as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide a photograph of the damage where possible. Please report all damages prior to use. On receiving your email we will be in touch with further information to resolve the problem.

We do not cover faults caused by accidental damage, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear. We are only able to provide collection or reimbursement of postage costs within 6 months from date of purchase.
This Returns Policy does not affect your legal rights.
Any returned goods that we receive which are outside this returns policy will be defined as "in dispute", such in dispute items will not be refunded or exchanged. A reason for this will be provided. We are happy to re-ship such "in dispute" items back to you at a cost to yourself, otherwise they be destroyed within 91 calendar days from their receipt back to us.
