The KitchenAid 5KSMPSA pasta roller attachment has been designed to roll freshly made pasta into lasagne sheets. The roller allows you to make pasta sheets up to 140mm wide. Roll the pasta dough through the adjustable roller at a low setting of 1 or 2 to work the dough and activate the gluten in the pasta dough. At higher settings the dough is flattened further on 3 to 9 for a wide range of uses.
