It helps make meat loaves, spreads, breadcrumbs and relishes. For best results meat should be extremely cold or even partially frozen. The grinder comes with a 2 sided, 4 blade self-sharpening stainless steel knife, a coarse and a fine grinding plate both in stainless steel, and the food stomper/wrench to help you push the food into the grinder keeping your fingers safe. Conponents of the grinder are dishwasher proof.
