There's nothing like waking up to a freshly baked loaf of bread. But when there are over 60 different settings to choose from, how do you make sure you get it right?

A very clever interface computes temperature and baking time each time you make a selection, while a super easy 'turn and confirm' dial gets you started on any recipe in seconds. It even lets you select what time you want the bread to be ready. Plus the automatic dispenser adds fruit, nuts and jams at the appropriate time, and lets you create your own recipes. With the unique collapsible kneading blade, the Custom Loaf Pro maximises loaf slices and makes loaf easy to remove from the pan.

The BBM800BSS allows you to use your own personal recipe by setting the time and baking temperature for each cycle of the program. For example, in a humid climate the rising cycles can be reduced, or, if a crustier loaf is preferred, the baking time and temperature can be increased.

Automatic and manual programs include: basic, whole wheat, rapid (bread in less than 2 hours), gluten free, crusty loaf, sweet yeast free, bread dough, pizza dough, pasta dough, bake only, jam and 9 custom programs to create and store your own settings.
